Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please notify Toned & Tamed at 920-207-7757 or daniellebrittkreul@gmail.com 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the booked service price.
If you are rescheduling due to illness, your appointment time can be accommodated to another time without penalty. Anyone who shows up to their appointment displaying any signs of illness will be asked to leave, and held to the 50% cancellation fee policy, no exceptions. I reserve the right to deny any future services to anyone in violation of these policies and/or are conflict of interest. Thank you.
